What is the Customer Portal?
In the customer portal you will find information about the operation of the KidsKonnect products you use. You can also create a ticket for support via the customer portal.
Why should I submit a ticket?
Because our software is very extensive and many questions are customer-specific, it is possible that our support heroes do not immediately have an answer for you, but have to find out. It is then useful if they have as much information as possible in a ticket (possibly supplemented with screenshots) that applies to your question. They can then quickly answer all questions.

You can submit a ticket 24/7 via the ticket system within the ROSA application. You will also find manuals and other information about the operation of the product there. For urgent questions, ROSA can be reached by telephone via the general number of Kidskonnect: 085-4001100. Choose 1 for Support and then 8 for ROSA.
