Report problem If you have a problem, we ask you to create a ticket via the Customer Portal. That may seem cumbersome, but for us this is the best way to collect the necessary information about the problem. With this information we can help you as quickly as possible.
Search for information From manuals to release notes, the Customer Portal contains all information about our software. There is also a status page, so that we can keep you informed of malfunctions and planned maintenance. In addition, we share the latest news about new features, releases, instruction videos, training courses and webinars in our newsletter.
Contact Our support desk is available for urgent questions by phone at 085 - 400 1100. You can call us every working day from 8.00 to 18.00. Important detail here is that the first hour (8.00-9.00) and the last hour (17.00-18.00) the support desk is only available for emergencies.
If you have already been in touch with one of our customer support representatives (CSRs) by phone or e-mail, your email address is already registered and you just need to request a password.
Om privacy- en veiligheidsredenen verwijderen wij klantportaal-accounts die twee jaar of langer niet zijn gebruikt. Als je niet meer kunt inloggen, is je account mogelijk verwijderd.
Because our software is very extensive and many questions are customer-specific, it is possible that our support heroes do not immediately have an answer for you, but have to find out. It is then useful if they have as much information as possible in a ticket (possibly supplemented with screenshots) that applies to your question. They can then quickly answer all questions.

Social schools has its own customer portal and telephone number. For information about the product and how to create tickets, go to Social Schools. For urgent questions you can call 085-4015796.
Klanten die nog een SchouderCom website hebben kunnen hierover contact opnemen via het KidsKonnect klantportaal of telefoonnummer 085-4001100 door te kiezen voor ‘websites’.
De schoolapp van SchouderCom is overgegaan naar de schoolapp van Social Schools. Socials Schools is te bereiken is via het telefoonnummer (085-4001100) en het klantportaal van KidsKonnect.
KidsKonnect levert geen support voor de software van derde partijen zoals Ondertekenen.nl, AFAS, NAVIdocs, etc. Waar mogelijk proberen we natuurlijk wel te helpen tot een oplossing te komen.
