Portabase has been active in the market since 2009. Portabase started with software for the childminder sector, but since 2015 has also been supplying software for childcare, after-school care and toddler care. There has been an intensive collaboration between Portabase and the Konnect brand for some time now.
 
The owners of Portabase, Daniël Oosterhuis and Menno Baris, will stay on board with the entire team to support KidsKonnect's mission: to provide the childcare industry with good software, which takes work off your hands, so that they can focus on what matters, the care and development of the child.
