KidsKonnect expands business activities by acquiring DoenKids and Jibbie
We are proud to announce that DoenKids and Jibbie have become part of KidsKonnect as of March 15th. With this, we are taking the next step to further expand our services to customers and to support the childcare industry even better through pedagogical content, ready-made activity programs and an activity booking tool. DoenKids is known in the market as a unique concept and fits seamlessly with KidsKonnect.
DoenKids and KidsKonnect have been working closely together for many years and this has resulted in this software combination being widely used in the market. Thanks to the integration of both packages, customers are able to easily share their range of activities with parents. The services of KidsKonnect and DoenKids will be further integrated, making it possible to combine the wide range of activities of DoenKids with KidsKonnect's child tracking system. This makes it possible to plan activities that are in line with the development of the child.
DoenKids
DoenKids is the complete activity platform for out-of-school care, daycare and toddler care. With a range of thousands of activities, DoenKids actively contributes to stimulating the development of the child on a daily basis. We are continuously working on new challenging activities to help educators offer children meaningful activities.
Stronger together
Trudy van Iwaarden, founder of DoenKids, joins the KidsKonnect management team. She will head the Educational Services department, where she and the entire DoenKids team will continue to work on the further development of the current platforms.
DoenKids is completely complementary to KidsKonnect. The collaboration contributes enormously to the mission of 'taking care of childcare'. Peter Baars, commercial director of KidsKonnect explains: “We have set ourselves the goal of providing childcare with maximum support, so that they can focus on what really matters; the kids.
